- We reserve the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value to ensure your arrangement is delivered on time. This means that the arrangement you receive may not exactly match the one pictured online.
- While we strive to maintain the overall style, theme, and color scheme of the arrangement you ordered, there may be slight variations due to the availability of certain flowers.
- Any substitutions will be made with products of equivalent value and quality.
3. Order Modifications and Cancellations
- Once an order is placed, modifications or cancellations must be requested prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup time.
- Any modification requests made after this time frame may not be accommodated or might incur a 25% fee of the total cost.
- Orders placed for same-day delivery are subject to product availability, and substitutions may be made without prior notification.
4. Delivery Policy
- Blooms By A offers delivery within specified areas. Delivery charges and schedules vary based on location.
- We will make every effort to deliver your order as requested; however, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time.
- If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the flowers may be left outside the location. A redelivery will not be scheduled.
