    1. General Terms

    • By placing an order with Blooms By A, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
    • All products and services provided by Blooms By A are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

    2. Product Availability and Substitution Policy

    • Our floral arrangements are crafted with the freshest flowers available. However, due      to seasonal and regional availability, certain flowers, colors, or containers may not always be in stock.
    • We reserve the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value to ensure your      arrangement is delivered on time. This means that the arrangement you receive may not exactly match the one pictured online.
    • While we strive to maintain the overall style, theme, and color scheme of the arrangement you ordered, there may be slight variations due to the availability of certain flowers.
    • Any substitutions will be made with products of equivalent value and quality.

    3. Order Modifications and Cancellations

    • Once an order is placed, modifications or cancellations must be requested prior to the      scheduled delivery or pickup time.
    • Any modification requests made after this time frame may not be accommodated or might incur a 25% fee of the total cost. 
    • Orders placed for same-day delivery are subject to product availability, and substitutions may be made without prior notification.

    4. Delivery Policy

    • Blooms By A offers delivery within specified areas. Delivery charges and schedules vary based      on location.
    • We will make every effort to deliver your order as requested; however, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time.
    • If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the flowers may be left outside the location. A redelivery will not be scheduled.

    5. Pricing and Payment

    • All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.
    • Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order.
    • We accept credit/debit cards.

    • We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Our system is protected, insured and in compliance.  Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we protect your information. 

    7. Limitation of Liability

    • Blooms By A is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, our services.
    • Our liability, in any case, is limited to the amount paid for the product or service in question.

    • We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services constitutes  acceptance of those changes.

    Return and Refund Policy

      

    Cancellation and Return Policy

    1. Cancellation Policy:

    • Regular Orders: To cancel a regular order, please contact us at flowers@bloomsbya.com as soon as possible. Orders can be canceled with no charge if requested before the scheduled delivery or pickup time. If you cancel after the cutoff time or on the day of delivery, a cancellation fee of 25% of the cost may apply.
    • Special Event Orders: For cancellations of special event orders (e.g., weddings, corporate events), please notify us at least 2 days in advance.      Cancellations made within 2 days of the event may incur a cancellation fee      or be subject to the full payment amount, depending on the event’s details      and preparation work.

    2. Return Policy:

    • Fresh Flowers: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on fresh flowers. If there are any issues with your order, such as damage or quality concerns, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery for resolution.
    • Refunds: Refunds for eligible items will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
