Cancellation and Return Policy

1. Cancellation Policy:

Regular Orders: To cancel a regular order, please contact us at flowers@bloomsbya.com as soon as possible. Orders can be canceled with no charge if requested before the scheduled delivery or pickup time. If you cancel after the cutoff time or on the day of delivery, a cancellation fee of 25% of the cost may apply.
Special Event Orders: For cancellations of special event orders (e.g., weddings, corporate events), please notify us at least 2 days in advance. Cancellations made within 2 days of the event may incur a cancellation fee or be subject to the full payment amount, depending on the event’s details and preparation work.

2. Return Policy:

Fresh Flowers: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on fresh flowers. If there are any issues with your order, such as damage or quality concerns, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery for resolution.
Refunds: Refunds for eligible items will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Order Modifications and Substitution

Any modification requests may not be accommodated or might incur an additional fee.
Our floral arrangements are crafted with the freshest flowers available. However, due to seasonal and regional availability, certain flowers, colors, or containers may not always be in stock.
We reserve the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value to ensure your arrangement is delivered on time. This means that the arrangement you receive may not exactly match the one pictured online.
While we strive to maintain the overall style, theme, and color scheme of the arrangement you ordered, there may be slight variations due to the availability of certain flowers.
Any substitutions will be made with products of equivalent value and quality.
